Tommy V Foods, LLC currently has a product line of freshly prepared salsa called TommyV’s Salsa. The product line consist of 5 different types of flavors; Mild, Sweet Fire, Fugosa, MIYO (make it your own) and Cran Slam’n. Not just a salsa or dip….Use as a condiment, as a topping, cook with it, bake with it. TommyV’s Salsa complements and enhances the flavor of many foods and dishes.
Mild- is an all around wonder flavor, again freshly made and naturally sweet through pineapple and mango. There is no spice in mild. Mild is just perfect to mix into rice, put on top of chicken, used as a condiment for grilled hotdogs and hamburger. The possibilities are endless.
MIYO- has the exact same ingredients as mild but with one addition, you add your own pre-measured Habanero pepper puree. Create your own spice level. Remember, a little bit goes a long ways.
Sweet Fire- do not let the name fool you! Sweet Fire is roasted jalapeno, roasted garlic. You’ll receive the natural sweetness from the pineapple & mango first, and then receive a small kick of roasted jalapeno heat at the end. If you like seafood, Sweet Fire is greatly paired with grill/roasted salmon, any type of white fish, pan seared scallops or shrimp. Sweet Fire also makes an excellent flavor enhancer to chicken, pork and beef.
Fugosa- this is a rustic fired tomato with roasted jalapeno with a hint of roasted garlic. The flavor note of mesquite gives Fugosa its rich smokiness and freshly chopped cilantro brings it all together. Fugosa is smoky-spicy.
Cran Slam’n- fresh cranberries are the center of attention with this salsa. Described as sweet, tart and zingy, Cran Slam’n is a wonderful seasonal cranberry salsa that is available from October – January. Cran Slam’n makes a delicious addition to bagel and cream cheese!
